What is possible here

Each program is built around daily somatic therapy sessions — trauma-informed, body-based, deeply attuned work that goes where talking alone cannot reach. From there, you choose what else you want woven into your days:

  • Yoga — restorative, Hatha, Vinyasa, or Nidra — to help you arrive in your body each morning.

  • Breathwork to move what has been held.

  • Meditation to cultivate stillness and presence.

  • Time in the ocean, on the beach, simply being somewhere beautiful while something inside you reorganises itself.

  • For those who feel called to it, optional medicine support is available — held with full preparation, rigorous screening, and dedicated integration support before and after. This is never the focus of the program. It is one door among many, available to those for whom it is appropriate.

  • Excursion days — cenotes, snorkelling, exploring the Yucatan — can be arranged with local operators; separate from what is provided through Sovereign Alkemist.

  • A full six-hour individual container in Puerto Morelos — designed entirely around you. Somatic therapy, yoga, breathwork, and meditation woven together into one unhurried day of deep inner work. No fixed program. You choose what goes into your day.

  • A one-day medicine container — professionally held, clinically informed, and deeply personal. A three-part container: rigorous preparation before, careful facilitation during, and dedicated integration support after. The journey is one day. The container begins before you arrive and continues after you leave.

  • A focused three-day immersion for those ready to go deep. Intense, contained, and personally held in a private space in Puerto Morelos.

Every program begins before you arrive.

A screening conversation ensures this work is appropriate for you — that there are no medical or medication contraindications, that you have safe transportation arrangements, and that we have a genuine sense of each other before we begin. A preparation session follows, where we clarify your intentions and you arrive knowing what to expect.

Integration support is included in every program. Because what happens here doesn't end when you leave — and you deserve support in bringing it home.
