My work exists at the intersection of science and embodied wisdom — where somatic therapy, psychedelic integration, yoga, breathwork, and meditation meet the full complexity of what it means to be human. I don't work with symptoms. I work with the whole person — physical, emotional, psychological — because real healing only happens when all parts of you are welcomed into the room.
You are not a problem that needs fixing. You are a person in a process. My role isn't to diagnose or lead — it's to walk beside you as you reconnect with your own innate wisdom and capacity to heal. Together we create a space rooted in safety, presence, and possibility. A space where transformation arises not from being fixed, but from being fully met.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Registered Yoga Teacher with over twenty years of experience in mental health treatment, an MSc in Behavioural Psychology, and advanced training in EMDR, Somatic Therapy, and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy — including three years as a clinician at Qi Integrative Wellness, Vancouver's legal ketamine-assisted therapy program.
