Sovereign Alkemist offers holistic, somatic, and integrative wellness services that draw on the professional background of a registered mental health therapist and certified yoga teacher. Sessions and programs may include elements of mindfulness, somatic awareness, energy work, and spiritual or psychedelic preparation and integration support.

Unless explicitly stated, offerings through Sovereign Alkemist are intended for personal growth, education, and wellbeing, and are not provided as formal clinical diagnosis or medical treatment. Clients seeking psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or medical advice should consult the appropriate licensed healthcare provider.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, booking a session, or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Client Responsibility

All participants engage voluntarily and are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Personal transformation and healing are individual processes; no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking for all

multi-session programs unless otherwise arranged. The remainder of the balance to be paid is due directly after the first session and before the second session unless otherwise arranged in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds or rescheduling are at the discretion of Sovereign Alkemist.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and digital materials—is the property of Sovereign Alkemist and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sovereign Alkemist and its practitioners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in services. All engagement is entered into voluntarily and at the client’s discretion.
